Marifer Martinez has 23 years of experience with international donor-funded programs in Honduras. She has held leadership roles on projects for the U.S. Agency for International Development, including Deputy Chief of Party for the Local Governance Activity, Deputy Chief of Party for Administration and Operations for the Gobernanza en Ecosistemas, Medios de Vida y Agua project, and Director for Administration, Operations and Finance for the predecessor project, ProParque.
