The Local Content Masterclass brings together participants from the private and public sector, helping them balance the commercial realities of volatile global demand and sustained cost pressures with the current political momentum for increased local content. Participants are trained to:

Course Modules

Module 1

Strategy and Policy

Examines the various local content laws, regulations, and policies around the world and assesses their effectiveness.

Module 2

Forecasting, Plans, and Procurement Tactics

Prepares participants to forecast local content scenarios linked to the procurement of goods and services and the employment of workforces for large projects.

Module 3

Reporting, Impact Measurement, and Communications

Trains practitioners on the methods for selecting the right metrics and key performance indicators, establishing the right data collection and analysis processes and standards, and “telling the story".

Module 4

Investments: Supplier and Workforce Development

Teaches the use of data and analytics to structure capacity building and local content programs that are commercially effective and economically beneficial.

The price for the course is USD 3,770. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate. DAI is a BAC-accredited short-course provider.
