Dr. Qadeer Ahsan is a trained public health management specialist with substantial international experience in health systems strengthening, management of communicable and non-communicable disease, program design, resource mobilization, and assessment and monitoring health sector grants. He has worked with donors and clients including the Asian Development Bank, European Commission, U.S. Agency International Development, Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, United Nations, Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Swiss Development Cooperative Agency, World Health Organization, and U.K. aid.
