The Clima East program worked with the countries of the ENP East region—Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine to help integrate the countries’ climate strategies, mitigation plans, and adaptation approaches with activities carried out across the region. The program was part of a larger Clima East package that supported the development of ecosystems-based approaches to changes in climate.

Plan study missions to Brussels and EU member states and send EU experts to the partner countries.

The Iraq Governance and Performance Accountability (IGPA)/Takamul project supports the Iraqi Government to shore up fiscal stability while rapidly and visibly improving service delivery.
