The DAI/Nathan Group (DNG), a joint venture between DAI and Nathan Associates, provided assistance in assessing and prioritizing trade capacity needs for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Washington and USAID regional and country missions. Under TCBoost, lead firm Nathan—with support from DAI and the DNG consortium—designed and implemented a wide variety of trade-related projects, including customs reform, export diversification and competitiveness, trade policy reform, trade facilitation, and trade-related labor market adjustment. The DNG consortium for TCBoost includes Associates in International Resources and Development, Development & Training Services, Sandler Travis Trade Advisory Services, and the QED Group.
