Gail P. Steinel

Gail SteinelGail Steinel is the founder of Executive Advisors, which provides consulting services to chief executives and senior officers and delivers leadership seminars and speeches to various organizations.

Among her current roles, she is a Senior Advisor to Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (primarily serving private equity firms) and its Corporate Transaction Group. She is also a Senior Advisor to Nichols Law, a Washington, D.C. firm serving government contractors.

Gail worked for more than two decades at Arthur Andersen, with her last position leading its Global Business Consulting Business. Overseeing 10,000 employees operating in 85 countries, she steered her team through its sale to KPMG Consulting (later BearingPoint) and retired from BearingPoint in 2007 as Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Services.

Gail is a member of the board of trustees, chair of the audit committee, and member of the compensation committee of Federal Realty Investment Trust; she also serves on the board of Invesque, a real estate company in the health care sector, chairing its audit committee and serving on its governance and nominating committee.

Gail has lectured on leadership at West Point and Harvard Business School. Twice recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s Top 25 Consultants, she was named to the 2025 Wall Street Top 250 Board Directors in S&P 500 list.
