The global Climate Finance Accelerator (CFA) is a four-year technical assistance programme funded by the U.K. Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and contracted by PricewaterhouseCoopers. DAI, as a subcontractor, is delivering the first two phases of the CFA activities in Pakistan by convening a wide variety of stakeholders, including project developers, banks and other finance providers, and government representatives.
Following a successful first phase, DAI is currently delivering Phase II of the CFA in Pakistan. This phase builds on our track record by continuing to convene a wide variety of stakeholders including project developers, financial institutions, and government representatives to bridge the gap between low-carbon projects and investment.
CFA II builds upon the strong foundation laid by the first cohort:
The CFA operates in 10countries, including Pakistan, Colombia, South Africa, and Vietnam. Globally, more than 200 projects have graduated from the programme, unlocking more than $450 million in investment so far.
