As Director for Strategy, Operations, and Finance, Miguel Baca is responsible for overseeing the creation, coordination, and implementation of effective operational and financial standards and procedures across all regions in DAI’s USG Programs Unit.

Alberto Didoni has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector including commercial banking, microfinance, and finance for small firms. He joined DAI in 2022 as a Senior Global Practice Specialist for Finance and Investment.
Peter Dimitroff holds more than 25 years of international development and project management experience, focusing on anti-corruption, budget transparency, legislative strengthening, and women’s empowerment.

For the last decade, Keith Doxtater has provided strategic direction and project management expertise from both the field and home office for U.S. Agency for International Development projects in Indonesia, Kenya, Myanmar, the Philippines, Somalia, and Sri Lanka.
With a consistent focus on the integration of user-centered design in digital development, Talia conducts digital strategic analyses, manages digital projects, and supports the Center for Digital Acceleration in its innovation work, for example by managing the implementation of digital prizes and challenges.

Jeremy Finch heads up the internal audit, ethics, and compliance functions for DAI’s U.K. office. As such, he is the custodian of the control environment for the company and its complex network across the project portfolio as well as being the liaison for DAI’s formidable ethics policy and exemplary code of business conduct.

He broadened his work to include the provision of goods and services to populations in remote areas, often in fragile ecosystems and environments, where people’s livelihoods are inherently fragile.
Bill Grant is a pioneer in developing market systems development (MSD) approaches through his work on developing and applying value chain and Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P) approaches on 25 long-term projects in more than 30 countries.
Since joining DAI in 2000, Colleen Green has served as a microfinance specialist providing short-term support to bank downscaling and other programs to benefit micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Archie D. Lightfoot has worked with DAI since 2015, supporting and directing projects in Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Mexico, Mozambique, Pakistan, and Palestine. He took over as head of DAI’s Global Security function in 2021.

Tim Madigan has 30 years of technical and managerial experience in complex programs in challenging international settings focusing on design and implementation of capacity building, socio-economic development, strengthening local government and public administration, private enterprise engagement, policy reform, decentralization, and citizen participation in post-conflict environments.
Sarah Maguire is the Global Director of Safeguarding at DAI. Sarah practiced at the Bar of England and Wales in criminal defence, immigration, asylum, and family law before joining the former U.K. Department for International Development as Senior Human Rights Adviser.
Sofia Martinez is a Principal in the Climate unit, where she focuses on strengthening DAI’s corporate responses and leadership, supporting existing projects and pipelines, and identifying future areas and opportunities.
As DAI’s chief representative in Colombia, Norberto Martinez oversees DAI’s relationships with existing and potential new customers, and supports DAI’s work across all technical sectors and clients, from international donors and governments to private sector and other local stakeholders.
Dan Martinko is a Global Practice Specialist in DAI’s Security, Transparency, Accountability, and Rule of Law sector, providing thought leadership and technical assistance to overseas projects and business development efforts.
