Ishani Patel is a global health and development professional with experience in program design, management, and implementation of health programs. She began her career in domestic gender-based violence advocacy and policy. Since joining DAI, she has worked as a project manager on the U.K. Department of Health and Social Care-funded Fleming Fund Country Grants in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Pakistan. Ishani’s interests focus on public-private engagement to improve health outcomes, reproductive health and rights, and prioritizing gender and social inclusion in health programming.
