Elizabeth Elfman, a health specialist, began her career in Massachusetts working to accelerate health care delivery. Seven years later she has accrued a vast array of experience working and studying health systems. Her interests surround current initiatives with health system strengthening, universal health coverage, eHealth, and preventative health care measures.

Prior to joining DAI, Elizabeth supported projects with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Her work allowed her to document health disparities to generate awareness about health inequalities, assisting with health policy implementation, and reviewing program performance. Similarly, through her academic pursuits, she completed a comparative assessment of health infrastructure and delivery.
