Duncan Skelton is a Principal Manager in DAI’s Economic Growth and Climate and Environment team. He has served as Project Director for eight projects with DAI with a combined value of over £110m and for clients including the World Bank, the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and the U.K’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. His current portfolio includes two projects in Palestine that focus on providing much-needed jobs in the tech and tech-related sectors, a private sector development project in Myanmar, and the Global Centre on Biodiversity for Climate Change.

Before working for DAI, Duncan set up and ran a small charity in Tanzania focused on helping HIV-positive patients in rural areas access treatment. He also worked in the public sector in the UK, running large grants programs that helped young people access sporting opportunities. Duncan is a reliable and supportive leader of teams that achieve the results that DAI’s clients require.
