Catherine Kraus has over 15 years of experience in financial management, project management, procurements, contracts, and budgeting. She brings strong, in-depth knowledge and a track record of effective financial management. She has a detailed understanding of the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) commercial and compliance requirements and has worked closely with project teams to embed effective financial management tools and practices for this.
Currently, Catherine works in DAI’s U.K. office as a Finance Manager for the Global Centre on Biodiversity for Climate project. Previously, she worked as a Senior Project Manager, providing day-to-day project management and operational and technical backstopping across a portfolio of programs, including the FCDO-funded programs Mexico Skills for Prosperity and Technical Assistance to Strengthen Capabilities (TASC) project, as well as the Enterprise and Innovation Program (EIP) and Policy and Innovation Program in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
