Aiste Dackauskaite is an experienced international development professional with over 13 years of experience in project management, technical assistance, advocacy, and communication. Since joining DAI, Aiste has managed a portfolio of governance projects, including the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office-funded AAWAZ Voice and Accountability Program in Pakistan and Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn (PERL) program in Nigeria, developing an in-depth knowledge of governance and voice and accountability programming.

Aiste has experience as a country-based Senior Project Manager for a technical assistance program in Rwanda and a grants program in Kenya, managing all aspects of the project delivery. She has a track record of establishing and maintaining strategic networks and partnerships with international and local partners and stakeholders from the public and private sectors, as well as international and national civil society.
