Aiste Dackauskaite is an international development professional with experience in project management, technical assistance, advocacy, and communication. She has managed a portfolio of governance projects, including the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office-funded AAWAZ Voice and Accountability Program in Pakistan and Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn (PERL) program in Nigeria, developing an in-depth knowledge of governance and voice and accountability programming.
Before joining DAI, Aiste was Senior Project Manager for a technical assistance program in Rwanda and a grants program in Kenya. She has a track record of establishing and maintaining strategic networks and partnerships with international and local partners and stakeholders from the public and private sectors, and international and national civil society.
