Development Alternatives Inc.’s TAMIS team has more than
10 years of experience in developing and managing the highly customized and
proprietary project management systems, based upon Lotus Notes, for over 100
projects world-wide. The TAMIS project management system was developed by Dr.
Susan Exo in 1995 to address work plan and management issues for the Indonesia
ADP Project. Since that time, TAMIS has been expanded to incorporate ideas from
project field staff who use the system and, by the MST who implement the system
in new projects.
Currently, the Management Systems and Technology (MST) Team is made up of 6
specialists with diverse academic backgrounds and practical experience in international
development who are located in the United States, Romania, and the Philippines.
MST is part of DAI’s Management Operations and Systems Technology Group.
